Delivery details

The time to process an order is one business day. For custom orders it is usually one week, but this can differ from item to item and will be mentioned on the individual item.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs or delays due to circumstances out of my control.

Costs

All items are posted via the Royal Mail unless stated otherwise.

The cost for all UK orders:

Cards and pins £1.50 standard second class
Orders under £25 other than cards and pins will be £4.50 second class signed for.
Orders over £25 are FREE via second class signed for.
To upgrade to first class signed for, it will be an extra £1

All orders outside of the UK will be sent second class tracked and £15 per order.

Please be aware that I live on an Island 60 degrees north so delivery may take one or two days longer than on the mainland, especially if the weather is bad.
